We are holding a 4 week Alpha course for the parents and carers of children that come to Landlubbers, St Mark's Sparks, King's Cafe and parents\carers of young children.

We want to give you the opportunity to discuss and discover more about the Christian faith and to meet and get to know each other a little better. We know getting out in the evening when you have children can be a little tricky so we are laying on tea for the children while the adults do the course in the vicarage. Please can you R.S.V.P to help us get the catering right.

DATE: The 4 Tuesday evenings of September 2010 (7th,14th,21st and 28th)

TIME: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

VENUE: Tea and fun kids activities at St Mark's Church: Alpha course with coffee and biscuits in the Vicarage

The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening way over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions.

It’s low key, friendly and fun.  No question is off-limits and you’ll find out what we believe, as well as meeting people and making new friends along the way.  Alpha is great for people wanting to look into Christianity for the first time, but it can also be good for new Christians or as a refresher for those who have been Christians for some time.
